"I called on a Tuesday desperate to have new gutters put on the front of my house after ice and snow pulled the previous ones down. A down pouring of rain was in the forecast for the weekend with flash flooding likely. I was told that the list was long because there were lots of people in the same predicament. Mr. Willis couldn't promise anything but said he would do his best to get to me before the rain came. Having worked with my share of contractors, I knew this meant I was likely in trouble.
